More Than French Toast

Ever since we got our new TV earlier this year, we've been able to get extra channels (we don't have cable) because of the few digital channels it picks up.

One of the channels we now get is called Create. It has tons of cooking shows and we watched an episode of The Holiday Table. One of the items they cooked yesterday was called Stuffed French Toast. We went ahead and made it this afternoon after church. It was quite good. I just had hubby omit the cream cheese for mine. It calls for cream cheese and jelly in between the 2 slices of bread and I don't like that combination.
